As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in streamlining the workflow of healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and ensuring that all medical records are prepared for timely review and sign-off.Key Responsibilities:-Patient Documentation: Accurately update U.S. medical provider platforms with patient prescriptions, visit notes, and relevant medical data.-Communication Management: Handle incoming inquiries from U.S. healthcare providers through email and online messaging platforms, ensuring prompt and clear responses.-Scribing: Assist medical providers by transcribing patient visit notes, ensuring that all patient charts are complete, accurate, and ready for final review and sign-off.-Workflow Support: Contribute to improving the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare providers’ daily operations by ensuring all documentation is timely and properly recorded.---Qualifications:-Fluency in English: Proficiency in English (B2 – C1 level) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Medical Grads: A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or a related medical field is mandatory.---Work Conditions:Location: On-site in El Nozha, Cairo.Schedule: Full-time position with fixed overnight shiftShift 3: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AMDays Off: Two fixed days off per week.---Compensation and Benefits:- Net Salary: 17,200 EGP Net- Insurance: Social insurance and comprehensive medical insurance provided (covered by AXA).- A Great opportunity for exposure to wide range of US Healthcare Systems- Career Growth path way with a great opportunities to grow and proccedInnovative BPO offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where employees can grow their careers while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.
