The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring efficient facility performance, and supporting daily FM operations.Key Responsibilities• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems. • Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems. • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime. • Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers. • Prepare maintenance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Utilize CMMS, CAFM, or BMS systems to manage maintenance activities and documentation.Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 1–4 years of experience in Facility Management and Maintenance Operations. • Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems. • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance programs. • Familiarity with CMMS, CAFM, or BMS systems is preferred. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. • Previous experience in the banking sector is an advantage.
