Review and analyze MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Prepare and revise shop drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural drawings.Prepare material submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation.Follow up on approvals of drawings and materials with consultants.Provide technical support to site engineers and construction teams.Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues.Ensure all MEP works comply with codes, standards, and safety regulations.Prepare as-built drawings and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.1–3 years of experience in MEP (Technical Office preferred).Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Proficiency in:AutoCADRevit (preferred)Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with international codes and standards.Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
