Talent Acquisition Team Leader – Construction RecruitmentLocation: EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Arrangement: Based in Egypt, supporting international projects remotelyIndustry: Construction / Contracting / Infrastructure / EPCRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader based in Egypt to lead recruitment activities for large-scale construction projects across international markets. The role will remotely support manpower requirements for projects in Qatar, KSA, Iraq, Rwanda, and Algeria, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for technical, engineering, construction, and project-based roles.The ideal candidate must have solid experience in construction recruitment, particularly hiring for projects outside Egypt, and should be capable of managing high-volume and specialized recruitment requirements in a fast-paced contracting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment activities for construction and contracting projects across Qatar, KSA, Iraq, Rwanda, Algeria, and other international locations.Manage recruitment for engineering, technical, project management, commercial, HSE, QA/QC, planning, procurement, logistics, and site-based roles.Handle bulk hiring and project-based manpower mobilization requirements.Coordinate closely with project directors, construction managers, department heads, and HR teams to understand manpower needs.Supervise and guide recruitment team members to ensure timely delivery of hiring targets.Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment agencies, databases, and direct headhunting.Screen, interview, shortlist, and recommend qualified candidates based on project requirements.Maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring construction roles.Prepare recruitment status reports, trackers, dashboards, and manpower updates for management.Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, approval workflows, and mobilization requirements.Support offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, candidate engagement, and joining coordination.Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, shortlist submission, offer acceptance, and mobilization progress.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to the construction, contracting, infrastructure, or EPC industry.Must have experience hiring for construction projects outside Egypt.Proven experience in recruiting for GCC, Africa, or international construction projects is highly preferred.Strong background in bulk hiring and technical recruitment.Experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.Strong knowledge of construction job categories, site manpower structures, and project mobilization requirements.Excellent sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Proficient in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, Bayt, GulfTalent, Wuzzuf, or similar portals.Strong reporting and Excel skills.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Preferred Candidate ProfileFemale candidates are encouraged to apply, subject to applicable employment laws and internal equal opportunity policies.Candidates currently based in Egypt are preferred.Previous experience supporting recruitment for projects in Qatar, KSA, Iraq, Rwanda, Algeria, or similar international markets is an advantage.Experience in a construction holding company, main contractor, manpower agency, or project-based recruitment environment is highly desirable.Key CompetenciesConstruction recruitment expertiseBulk hiring and manpower planningInternational sourcingTeam leadershipStakeholder managementCandidate negotiationRecruitment reportingProject urgency and delivery mindsetStrong follow-up and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure
