Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting).Lead BIM coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Review and validate models to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.Prepare shop drawings, clash detection reports, and coordination drawings.Conduct clash detection using BIM tools and resolve conflicts with stakeholders.Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly implemented.Support project teams in design development and construction phases.Mentor junior BIM engineers and provide technical guidance.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers.Maintain accurate project documentation and model updates. Education:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.Experience:4–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering and BIM modeling.Proven experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.Technical Skills:Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Experience in clash detection and coordination processes.Familiarity with BIM standards (LOD, BEP, ISO 19650 is a plus).
