Handle customer orders and follow up on production timelinesCoordinate with planning, sourcing, production, and quality teams.Monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing details, and production updates.Communicate with buyers regarding approvals, samples, and shipment schedules.Support problem-solving related to production or material delays. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, or related field.3–5 years of experience in garment merchandising.Strong understanding of garment production processes and order management.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Very good English proficiency and strong Excel skills.
