Recruitment Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff positions.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment channels.Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with department managers.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs.Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in staff recruitment.Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.Good understanding of recruitment processes and labor market trends.Very good English proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
