The role ensures business alignment, drives continuous improvement, and leads integration efforts with other core systems such as CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and the Data Warehouse.This position combines technical expertise with business process knowledge to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that support the organization's digital transformation goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, gather requirements, and implement effective solutionsWork with internal teams and external partners to deploy new modules and system featuresEnsure proper system configuration, data integrity, and security controlsLead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and the Data Warehouse)Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans to optimize business processesProvide end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment supportOversee change management, testing, and release management activitiesEnsure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and audit requirementsAct as the subject matter expert (SME) on Dynamics 365 applications and related business processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration7+ years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM)Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIsPreferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution ArchitectStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesFluent in both Arabic and English
