Analyze business needs and gather requirements from different departments.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) in collaboration with stakeholders.Translate requirements into Functional Specifications (FSD) for development.Configure and implement modules including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Supply Chain.Import users, assign security roles, and customize access permissions.Set up workflows and system functionalities.Conduct system testing (UAT) and ensure readiness before go-live.Deliver training sessions for end users.Provide ongoing support after go-live and monitor daily operations.Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and ensure smooth system performance. Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations / Business Central).Background in ERP implementation and business analysis.Strong understanding of finance and supply chain modules.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business users.
