The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure successful delivery, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules). Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources using Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Capgemini standards and client expectations. Identify project risks and proactively manage mitigation plans. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and executive updates. Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and testers. Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for seamless execution. Drive performance and productivity across project teams.Provide functional and strategic guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Translate business requirements into system solutions.Ensure best practices in CRM implementation and integration. Track project progress and provide regular status reports.Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and quality standards. Manage change requests, escalations, and issue resolution.Qualifications7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end CRM implementations. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). Knowledge of CRM integrations (Azure, Power Platform, APIs). Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-300). PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications. Experience in consulting or system integrator environment (preferred for Capgemini). Exposure to presales, proposal development, or solution design.
