This role drives cross-functional alignment, manages daily tracking, and resolves administrative bottlenecks — freeing Channel Managers to concentrate fully on business development, joint business planning, and strategic growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Operational & Follow-up Management▸Liaise with Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams on pending requests and open actions.▸Track orders, deliveries, and timelines to maintain optimal fill rates and on-shelf availability.▸Send timely reminders and chase pending approvals to eliminate delays across the supply chain.▸Maintain and update trackers, master sheets, and commercial dashboards on a daily basis.▸Prepare weekly operational status reports for the Modern Trade team and senior stakeholders.▸Coordinate daily workflows between Sales, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers.2. Communication & Cross-Functional Management▸Handle routine emails, channel inquiries, and stakeholder communications professionally and promptly.▸Organise internal and external meetings, prepare accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).▸Follow up formally on post-meeting action items to ensure full accountability and closure.▸Act as a proactive communication bridge between the commercial team and all supporting departments.3. Documentation & Administration▸Maintain updated channel, customer, and key account records across all relevant systems.▸Organise and archive contracts, quotations, commercial agreements, and exception approvals.▸Manage filing, documentation, and compliance paperwork in line with company standards.▸Assist in preparing presentations and data reports for business reviews and leadership meetings.4. Channel Activity Support▸Coordinate trade launches, activations, and marketing campaigns with the field execution team.▸Monitor stock availability and proactively flag Out-of-Stock (OOS) risks and new product listings.▸Follow up on visibility execution, extra rentals, and display setups across stores and platforms.▸Support the onboarding process for new partners, vendors, and key accounts.5.
