Modern Trade Specilaist

Accountabilities:Create and share daily sales orders with the finance team for release. Review E-orders with the account managers. Review OOS (Out of Stock) and adjust orders with the account managers. Responsible for creating shipments on SAP and sharing with the Warehouse team for order preparation. Liaison with supply team ensuring warehouse stock levels are sufficient. Responsible for sharing distribution sheet daily with MT Backoffice and Field Teams. Liaison with the fleet team for next week’s delivery schedule for customers outside Cairo & Alex. Follow up on payment reflection, credit limits and late payments with Finance Team. Act as a focal point to resolve any issues with the Intelligence Team that affect sales or any other department. Ensure that all HH devices are being used, and support on ground team to resolve any issues through Intelligence team. Responsible for Field team (Delivery Porters & Delivery Drivers) in terms of daily compliance with company guidelines, vacations and sick leaves. Implement any other tasks as requested by the manager. Qualification:University graduate.0–2 years of experience.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
