Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motor Insurance Account Manager, based in Cairo. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios, evaluating motor insurance options, and providing recommendations to clients. They will oversee contract negotiations, ensure timely onboarding with insurance providers, and follow up on claims and compensation processes. The role also includes developing strong client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing service needs and inquiries. Qualifications Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policies, and claims processesProficiency in creating and managing client accounts and portfoliosExcellent negotiation and communication skills for client and provider interactionsHigh attention to detail and organizational skills for managing contracts and claimsProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive situations effectivelyProficiency in relevant software tools and experience with administrative tasksProven capability in building and maintaining professional client relationshipsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
