Network & Security Presales Engineer

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Network Presales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and proposing network and security infrastructure solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, solution design, and proposal preparation, requiring close collaboration with sales teams, customers, and technology partners.Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and business value.Understand, analyze, and assess customer requirements to propose suitable technical solutions.Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), RFQs, and tenders.Conduct solution design, sizing, and technical assessments for network and security infrastructure projects.Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure proposed solutions meet technical and business requirements.Qualifications & Skills :Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of experience in presales, solution design, or systems engineering within the IT industry.Hands-on experience in designing, sizing, surveying, and implementing network and security infrastructure solutions, including Active Directory environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.Positive, customer-focused, and service-oriented attitude.Technical expertise in HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos, or equivalent technologies.Experience in light current systems is a plus, including Surveillance (CCTV), IP Access Control, Servers, and Storage solutions.Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Willingness to travel when required.
