You will work closely with a collaborative team to streamline processes and resolve title-related issues efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan continuations, and related documentsConduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownershipReview surveys and perform survey readingsPrepare and review closing packagesEnsure compliance with New York State title insurance regulations and guidelinesMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title processCollaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencyRespond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely mannerRequirementsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of professional experience in title insurance or title search workHands-on experience conducting real estate title searches and preparing title abstractsKnowledge of New York State title insurance laws and regulationsProficiency with Microsoft Office and AsanaExperience using title insurance softwareAdvanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher, verbal and written)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TrackerPro title insurance softwareStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBenefitsOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentWeekly paymentsGrowth OpportunitiesUS Holidays Off when applicable
