We are seeking a reliable Operations Coordinator / Assistant to join our remote team and support our owner and office staff. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a structured, steady workflow environment and are eager to grow with a dynamic company serving the construction industry.As the Operations Coordinator / Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining organized communication and ensuring smooth operations while the owner is frequently traveling. Training will be provided, and the position starts at approximately 20 hours per week with the opportunity to expand to full-time.Key responsibilities include:Act as the primary communication bridge between the owner and office staff, relaying information and keeping all parties informedFollow up on assigned tasks and ensure completion within set timelinesOrganize and maintain communication channels, documentation, and task trackingCoordinate daily workflow and support administrative processesAssist with client and customer communications as neededMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsSupport the team in adapting to evolving business needs and prioritiesRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Experience in a coordination, administrative support, or customer service roleProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience handling frequent client or customer communications in a support capacityEnglish proficiency (C1 level) for professional written and spoken communicationLegally authorized to work in country of residenceAbility to overlap working hours with U.S. Eastern Time business hoursReliable high-speed internet, headset suitable for frequent calls, quiet workspace, and backup power for remote workPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity supporting construction-industry clients or construction business operationsFamiliarity with roofing, construction, or home service industriesExperience using project management, CRM, or scheduling softwareExperience working in a remote environmentBenefitsOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentWeekly paymentsWeekends off
