Identify and recommend organizational development needs in collaboration with the OD Manager. Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives. Oversee employee induction, orientation, and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration. Support managers in team career pathing, succession planning, and performance development. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning and development programs. Manage training budgets, contracts, and the procurement of learning materials and resources. Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on employee development initiatives. Support talent sourcing and collaborate with headhunters or recruitment channels as needed. Oversee recruitment activities to align with organizational development and workforce planning. Coordinate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.Conduct training sessions when required to support organizational needs. Lead discussions with training providers and oversee program implementation to ensure quality and effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Minimum 10 years’ experience. Fluency in Written and Oral English.
