Provide timely and effective technical support for enterprise applications.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, including those related to performance, functionality, and data integrity.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents to prevent future occurrences.Manage incident lifecycle from initial logging through to resolution and closure. Proactively monitor the health, performance, and security of applications, including batch jobs and scheduled processes.Perform routine checks, application upgrades, patch installations, and configuration changes in a controlled manner.Manage user accounts and application privilege administration.Support application deployment and testing for new features or system upgrades, collaborating closely with development teams.Escalate complex or critical issues to the direct manager or external vendors when necessary, ensuring clear communication of symptoms and troubleshooting steps taken.Act as a key person between end-users and technical development teams.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, internal knowledge base articles, and end-user guides.Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective and efficient application usage. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience: 1 – 3 yearsThe work will be at the factory in Port Said
