Lead the design and continuous improvement of the performance management system (KPIs, competencies, scorecards).Manage the full performance appraisal cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations).Ensure alignment between individual objectives and company strategic goals.Train managers and employees on performance management tools, processes, and best practices.Monitor and audit performance ratings to ensure fairness, consistency, and eliminate bias.Analyze performance data and generate reports to support decision-making (promotions, bonuses, development plans).Support calibration sessions to standardize performance ratings across departments.Collaborate with HR and leadership to link performance results with compensation, succession planning, and talent development.Identify performance gaps and recommend development initiatives (training, coaching, PIPs).Ensure system compliance and proper documentation within HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.HR certification is a plus.5–8 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR, with strong exposure to performance management systems.Experience in designing and implementing appraisal frameworks and KPIs.Strong understanding of performance management methodologies and best practices.Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive employee performance issues.Strong organizational and project management skills.Background in compensation & benefits linkage with performance.Exposure to organizational design and change management initiatives.
