Run 1:1s, performance reviews, and structured feedback. Allocate resources across concurrent projects, balancing workload, skill match, and timelines. Set the team's standards for quality, documentation, and client communication. Spot skill gaps and drive continuous learning.🔷 Project Delivery Own the full lifecycle of our most complex Odoo projects, from kickoff to go-live to hypercare. Define scope, set milestones, manage risks, and hold the team and client accountable. Flag budget, scope, or timeline risks before they escalate. Report directly to executive leadership on delivery health and client satisfaction.🔷 Business Analysis & Solution Design Run discovery workshops with C-level and department heads. Produce GAP analysis documents mapping current processes to Odoo standard functionality. Design ERP blueprints aligned to Odoo best practices. Translate business requirements into clear developer and configuration briefs. No ambiguity, no rework.🔷 Odoo Functional Expertise Configure and deploy Odoo across Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, and Projects. Apply Odoo Studio, server actions, and automated workflows, without over-customising. Lead data migration from legacy systems and manage full UAT cycles. Make every go-live clean: tested, documented, trained, and supported.🔷 Client Relationship Management Be the primary contact for enterprise clients throughout their ERP journey. Manage expectations.
