We are seeking a highly competent Odoo Implementer to join our medical services company in Egypt, operating as a subsidiary of a Saudi-based medical holding group. The role is execution-focused and responsible for translating approved functional designs into a fully operational Odoo ERP system that supports complex medical service operations, regulatory requirements, and group-level reporting standards.The Odoo Implementer will play a critical role in system setup, configuration, data migration, and go-live execution, ensuring stability, data integrity, security compliance, and alignment with healthcare business.Key Responsibilities1. Go-Live Execution & Support  · Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Backend Configuration· Practical experience with:o Odoo data migration toolso Excel-based migration templates· Basic knowledge of:o PostgreSQL (data structure awareness, basic queries)· Solid understanding of:o Access control and security rightso ERP workflows and transaction cycles· Ability to read and execute functional design documents accuratelyExperience Requirements· 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Implementer or ERP Implementation Specialist· Proven experience in ERP implementation execution, not only functional analysis· Previous exposure to:o Healthcare, medical services, or service-based companies (preferred)o Multi-company or group-level ERP environments (preferred)
