Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist to join our team on-site in Qesm El Moqatam on a full-time basis. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients to provide information about our medical services, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Daily responsibilities include making outgoing sales and follow-up calls, explaining service offerings, maintaining patient records, and meeting sales targets. The role requires the ability to build strong connections with patients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills with the ability to address and resolve patient needs effectivelyExcellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilitiesProven Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to the organization’s growthExperience in Training or guiding team members is an assetHighly organized with strong time-management abilitiesExperience in the healthcare sector or a related field is preferred but not requiredProficiency in using CRM systems is an advantage
