Follow the daily administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.Identify and resolve communication bottlenecks, ensuring each department's needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.Arrange & manage all shipment requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.Answer and manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.Record and maintain customer information in the company database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily reports on administrative activities.Ensure that all administrative tasks and projects are completed within specified timelines and to a high standard of quality.Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping, minimizing errors and discrepancies. English: excellent speaking & writing.Experience: 1 to 2 years.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.…...).Females only.
