Maintain and update supply chain records, databases, and documentation.Prepare reports on inventory levels and shipments.Support supply chain managers with scheduling and coordination.Handle purchase orders, invoices, and delivery paperwork.Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or overstock issues.Assist and coordinate with stock reconciliation and audits.Maintain supplier contact lists and contracts.Help onboard new vendors and manage documentation.Enter and verify data in ERP (stock and foreign shipments).Generate weekly/monthly reports for management.Ensure supply chain activities follow company policies and regulations.Assist with customs, import/export, and compliance documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process updates.Respond to internal and external supply chain-related inquiries.Assist in all document’s submissions on EDA, Nafeza, MTS and NTRA portals and platforms.Arrange and prepare documents required for EDA and tenders .Track and document all RMA data, credit notes and Export shipments.Collect and document all in house technician purchases and maintenance of branches. • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field• 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)• Basic knowledge of software is a plus• Strong organizational and communication skills• Gender: Female only
