Senior Accountant

Develop & implement all necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure the provision of an effective financial management service and compliance with any relevant regulations.Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company and produce management accounts necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company.Assist in the preparation of the annual budget projections to assist decision making.Maintain day to day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures.Produce regular analyses of income and expenditure to assist managers in the budget monitoring process.Supervise accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities effectively.Assist in the development, review and improvement of accountancy and computer systems within the company.Provide advice on financial accountancy issues to managers and staff as required.Perform the monthly balance sheet income statement changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.Assist with the design of budgets for review by management.Maintain fixed assets and schedules as well as supervise accounting staff.Monitoring bookings of tax entries, especially VAT accounting.Stock control with ending inventory value.Bank reconciliation.Analysis financial information and summarize financial status analysis financial information and summarize financial status.Import calculations.
