Instruction & CurriculumDesign & Deliver: Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans adapted to varying language proficiency levels.Methodology: Use communicative, student-centered, and interactive approaches (role-playing, games, and multimedia). 2. Feedback & Progress TrackingFeedback: Provide constructive, actionable feedback to help students overcome linguistic errors.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and language acquisition milestones.3. Student Support & Individualization: Individualized Learning: Develop Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) for students with specific learning requirements or varied educational backgrounds.Required qualifications:1+ years experience in teaching chinese as a second language.Own a PC/Laptop with good mic and camera and have a stable internet connection.Lives in Egypt
