Receive and review client Purchase OrdersCoordinate with technical office regarding drawings, approvals, and specificationsFollow up with production to ensure timelines are metCoordinate with procurement / warehouse for material availabilityMonitor quality control (QC) before deliveryCoordinate with accounting for invoicing and payment follow-upAlign with sales team on customer requirements and delivery commitmentsArrange delivery / shippingCommunicate updates to clientsTrack order status and handle any delays or issuesEnsure smooth coordination between all departments Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, or related field is a plus)3-5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or project coordinationStrong communication and coordination skillsExcellent follow-up and time management abilitiesGood problem-solving skills and ability to handle delays or issuesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reportingAbility to handle multiple orders/projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail and high level of organizationBasic understanding of production or technical processes (preferred)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
