This position manages project planning, resource allocation, workflows, and performance metrics to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Operation Director collaborates with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement. The role includes monitoring budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, supervising teams, and reinforcing client satisfaction through clear communication and reliable execution. The Operation Director also contributes to strategic planning and supports senior leadership in achieving business objectives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including project planning, process optimization, and coordination across multiple sites.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and problem-solving.Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, including leadership, delegation, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.Candidates should possess sound Budgeting skills, with experience in cost control, resource planning, and financial reporting.Candidates should possess a strong Customer Service orientation, with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships.Relevant experience in construction operations or project management, preferably in turnkey or large-scale projects.Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Civil , Arch, Construction Managementv
