This position manages project planning, resource allocation, workflows, and performance metrics to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Operation Director collaborates with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement. The role includes monitoring budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, supervising teams, and reinforcing client satisfaction through clear communication and reliable execution.
