Improve the Carbide yield with documented analysis. Qualify new suppliers for calcium carbide. Work on diagnosing acetone spitting and how to prevent it. Act as a Facility Manager, focusing on planning the workforce against planned production, conducting behavior safety visits, team training, and improving reporting quality.
