Key Responsibilities Receive and process leads efficiently Prepare and analyze sales reports for management and sales teams Track monthly sales performance and identify improvement areas Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports Coordinate between departments to issue client contracts Manage and complete account review forms accurately Support the sales team with administrative tasks Ensure data accuracy and maintain updated records Assist in quality assurance (monitoring sales call performance) Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Office Manager, or Operational Role) Industry Background: Real Estate, Banking, or Automotive Skills & Competencies Excellent command of English (spoken & written) Strong knowledge of MS Office Outstanding organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and reporting abilities Excellent communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Benefits Social Insurance Medical Insurance Company Laptop Work Conditions Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days Off: Friday & Saturday Location: Sheraton (Masr El Gededa), Cairo
