Join us and be part of something bigger: the future of electric mobility.What We’re Looking ForA highly analytical and detail-oriented Production Planning Engineer to develop and manage production plans that ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing resources while meeting customer demand and business objectives. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS), managing work-in-progress (WIP) across production lines, monitoring production performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.What You Will DoProduction Planning & SchedulingDevelop and maintain weekly and monthly Master Production Schedules (MPS) with a rolling planning horizon.Create detailed production plans considering demand forecasts, fulfillment requirements, new product introductions, pilot runs, special projects, and other non-routine manufacturing activities.Continuously review and adjust production schedules in response to actual production performance, changes in business priorities Production Execution monitoring & ControlMonitor production schedule adherence and analyze deviations from plan.Identify root causes of production delays, downtime, or capacity losses and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) levels between production lines and sub-assembly areas to ensure smooth material flow and balanced production output.Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between production plans and execution.Performance Management & ReportingPrepare and maintain production planning reports and dashboards covering capacity utilization, schedule adherence, demand fulfillment, WIP status, and downtime.Analyze production performance trends and identify opportunities to improve productivity, throughput, and resources utilization.Support the definition, tracking, and reporting of production performance KPIs and scorecards.
