Operations Coordinator - Auction and Vehicle Plates

The Operations Coordinator - Auction and Vehicle Plates is responsible for managing vehicle auction operations and vehicle plate transactions from initiation to completion. This role ensures smooth coordination between vehicle owners, buyers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the listing and delisting of vehicles on auction platforms and manage the end-to-end auction processCommunicate with vehicle owners through phone calls and WhatsApp to obtain approvals, address pricing concerns, and encourage participation in auctionsMonitor auction activities and ensure all vehicle information is accurate and up to dateManage post-auction operations, including auction award processing, ownership transfers, and related administrative proceduresCoordinate vehicle ownership transfer documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsOversee post-sale processes for vehicle plates, including documentation review, transfer procedures, and administrative follow-upCreate, publish, and maintain vehicle plate advertisements on company platforms and external marketplaces such as HarajMaintain accurate records of auction transactions, vehicle plate sales, and customer communicationsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational tasks and customer requestsPrepare operational reports and provide updates on auction and vehicle plate activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in operations coordination, auction management, customer service, or administrative rolesStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online platformsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsExperience with vehicle auctions, automotive operations, or vehicle registration processes is an advantage
