You will be directly responsible for orchestrating our technical field teams across KSA, maximizing technician utilization, and ruthlessly eliminating operational downtime.Key Responsibilities:Master Scheduling: Build, maintain, and own the daily and weekly schedules for all remote field technicians across multiple cities.Route Optimization: Ruthlessly optimize geographic routing to drastically reduce travel time, fuel spend, and technician downtime.Dynamic Dispatching: Instantly re-route field teams throughout the day to accommodate urgent emergency call-outs without disrupting scheduled preventive maintenance.Real-Time Tracking: Track team movements and job progress in real-time, proactively resolving client-access issues or delays before they impact our SLAs.Performance Accountability: Ensure field technical reports are submitted immediately upon site departure and monitor daily job completion rates.Resource Alignment: Coordinate closely with Project Managers to seamlessly blend project-based deployments with routine maintenance schedules.Operational ContextOur field teams handle a dynamic mix of assignments daily:Scheduled inspection & preventive maintenance visits.Immediate emergency responses for contracted clients.New client technical diagnoses and quoting visits.Project testing and commissioning support.Your challenge: You must synthesize these competing priorities in real-time, optimizing schedules based on technician proximity, capability matrices, priority tiering, and contractual emergency windows.The Ideal Candidate ProfileYou look at a chaotic schedule and see an optimization puzzle to solve.
