Job Summary: -We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to handle (LCL/Air) import and export shipments, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution of operations. Key Responsibilities: -Handle end-to-end LCL import and export operations Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and co-loaders Follow up on bookings, cargo readiness, and shipment schedules Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, invoices, packing list, etc.) Manage complete operational documentation process, from filecreation in the system through to file closing, including accurate data entry, shipment updates, and issuance of invoices. Track shipments and provide regular updates to customersEnsure compliance with import/export regulations Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently Liaise with internal departments and external service providers, including trucking and operations teams, to ensure efficient and timely shipment handling. Job Requirements: -Coordinating import and export operations (Air & Sea Freight) Direct daily communication with freight forwarders and shipping lines, Carriers. Working with NAFEZA and ACID systems Booking management and shipment follow-up Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (LCL operations)Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
