The Operations Excellence Senior Specialist at Nawy Real Estate will support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending practical solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement projects and identify areas for optimizationAssist in documenting and mapping current and future operational processes using process mapping tools. Provide administrative and logistical support for continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestonesPrepare reports and presentations on project progress, performance metrics, and improvement recommendationsAssist in communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levelsSupport the implementation of process improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and proceduresConduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement methodologiesAssist in the implementation and utilization of continuous improvement tools and technologiesMaintain accurate and organized documentation of all continuous improvement activitiesSchedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutesRequirementsQualifications:3-5 years of experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in data analysis and process mapping toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented and results-drivenFluency in both spoken and written English and ArabicBasic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
