Operations Executive

We are seeking a conscientious and driven Operations Executive to join our Middle East International Residential Sales team. Based in West Cairo, this full-time role involves extensive travel across Egypt and occasionally the wider region, requiring flexibility and a proactive attitude.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential transactions and business development, working with UHNWI, family offices, and trusts in Egypt to advise on global residential investment opportunities, with a focus on the UK and London.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all activities of the operational subcontractors (security, cleaning, fire, pest control, landscaping, and others)Cooperate with other departments (e.g. financial, marketing, technic)Liaise with tenants, to manage their ongoing operational and technical requests.Manage the operational part of service charge budget and prepare recommendations for improvement.Provide operational data, analysis as required to by Department HeadManage proper handovers of the Units and any systems from or to Tenants and other users, and contractors.Manage all ongoing operational issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations of the property.Controlling & ensuring tenants compliance with provisions of their leases e.g User, Building regulation, repair & maintenance, health & safety.Management of tenant’s operational “complaints”.Manage and ensure fulfilment of third-party contractor’s contractual obligations to ensure smooth operation, repairs etc.Control of working practices of contractors in the propertyManaging the tendering or re-tendering of any operational service required at the property.ExperienceA minimum of 1-3 years experience in Facility Management or Operational management.Business development and lead generationStrong negotiation and closing skillsCommunication and presentation skills (client-facing at senior level)Networking and stakeholder engagementOver 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
