The successful candidate will support day-to-day operational activities while developing valuable business and operational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Operations team with daily operational and administrative tasks.Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation.Assist in preparing reports and updating operational data.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational requests.Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on action items.Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.RequirementsFresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
