ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality control procedures: You will establish and document quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will ensure that these procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.Manage the QC team: You will lead and manage a team of QC professionals, including hiring, training, and mentoring. You will assign tasks, set objectives, and provide guidance to ensure that the team is capable of meeting quality control goals and objectives.Inspection and testing: You will oversee the inspection and testing of products or services to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. This includes developing inspection plans, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues.Supplier quality management: You will collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality control processes for incoming materials or components. You will conduct supplier audits, evaluate supplier performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.Continuous improvement: You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality control process. This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to prevent defects and improve overall quality performance.Compliance and documentation: You will ensure that the organization complies with relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes, procedures, and reports.Root cause analysis and problem-solving: You will investigate and resolve quality-related issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. You will use appropriate problem-solving techniques and tools to drive process improvements.Training and awareness: You will provide training and awareness programs to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization. This includes educating employees on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Control, Engineering, Chemistry).Proven experience as a QC Manager for not less than 7+ years is a must .Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and processes.Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, GxP).Experience in managing and leading a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
