Job DescriptonThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and exceptional service standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage a dynamic, health-focused environment.aKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic (front desk, call center, medical support, etc.)Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting timesManage clinic staff schedules, attendance, and performanceSupervise administrative and non-medical teamsCoordinate between medical staff and administrative departmentsMonitor and improve patient experience and satisfactionImplement and maintain operational policies and proceduresHandle operational issues and resolve escalations efficientlyEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standardsManage inventory, supplies, and clinic resourcesPrepare operational reports and performance analysisQualificationsAny Bachelor's degree is acceptable .Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a clinic or healthcare settingStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systemsSpecial Requirement (Important) The candidate must be physically fit and presentable, as the clinic operates within a sports/fitness-oriented environment.
