We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Operations Manager to lead the full operations of a unique entertainment concept combining VR Gaming and a Sushi F&B outlet in New Cairo.The role requires full ownership of the business unit, including operations, team management, customer experience, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing environment, optimising daily operations, and driving sales performance.This is a growth-oriented role with strong financial incentives linked directly to performance and business expansionManage and oversee day-to-day operations of both VR gaming and F&B (sushi outlet)Own full P&L responsibility including revenue growth, cost control, and profitabilityLead, train, and manage staff across gaming and food service functionsEnsure exceptional customer experience and service qualityDevelop and implement operational SOPs and performance standardsMonitor and improve KPIs including sales, customer retention, and operational efficiencyPlan and execute marketing activations, events, and gaming tournamentsManage inventory, suppliers, and procurement for F&B and operationsEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational regulationsCollaborate with ownership on growth strategy, expansion, and scaling model Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management (F&B, entertainment, hospitality, or similar)Strong experience in managing multi-function operations (preferred: F&B + entertainment)Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing profitabilityStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with customer experience optimization and service designAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong business mindset with ownership mentalityExperience in gaming, VR, or entertainment is a strong plus
