A dedicated customer support and technical assistance team supports users throughout their purchasing journey.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Specialist (Dental & Medical E-Commerce) role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Specialist will oversee daily marketplace operations, including processing and tracking orders, coordinating with authorized distributors, and ensuring accurate product listings and pricing. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing returns and exchanges, and working with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves resolving operational and customer issues, documenting and improving workflows, and collaborating with sales, customer support, and technical teams to enhance efficiency and user experience. The Operations Specialist will analyze operational data, prepare reports, and support process improvements aligned with MedSTA’s growth and service goals.Qualifications Operational coordination skills, including order processing, inventory monitoring, and workflow management in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.Experience collaborating with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment, on-time delivery, and issue resolution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and reports to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.Customer-centric mindset, with experience handling inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and solutions-focused manner.Solid digital literacy, including working with e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools; familiarity with medical or dental products is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or a related field; prior experience in medical, dental, or healthcare e-commerce is a plus.
