Job Summary:The Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment in thefulfillment center. This role ensures that cosmetic products are picked, packed, and labeled according tocompany standards for quality, presentation, and accuracy, maintaining the brand’s premium image.Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery in line with daily targets and quality standards. Verify item accuracy, quantities, and product condition before packing. Pack cosmetic products with attention to presentation, safety, and brand guidelines (e.g., wrapping,fillers, labeling). Ensure that orders are properly sealed, labeled, and ready for courier pickup. Handle products carefully to prevent damage or contamination. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic packing area that meets cosmetic product handlingstandards. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the OUB Team Leader immediately. Support stock counting, replenishment, and other warehouse tasks as needed. Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures. Work collaboratively with the picking, inventory, and shipping teams to meet fulfillment KPIs. High school diploma or equivalent.1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or packaging role (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, orFMCG).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily order targets.Basic computer or scanner skills (for order tracking and labeling).Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15–20 kg as needed.Good communication and teamwork skills.
