Job Summary:The Senior Media Buyer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve maximum ROI. The role focuses on managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels.Develop and implement data-driven media buying strategies tailored for e-commerce growth and sales conversion.Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing ROAS.Optimize full-funnel performance (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates.Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting approaches.Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and AOV.Collaborate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to improve ad performance and product positioning.Implement tracking systems including pixels, GA4, and conversion APIs.Identify new growth opportunities and scalable acquisition channels for e-commerce stores.Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and competitor strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3–5+ years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on e-commerce.Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands profitably.Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Hands-on experience with performance tracking tools (GA4, Pixel, CAPI).Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets.Experience managing high-budget e-commerce campaigns.Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journey optimization.Excellent communication and reporting skills.
