Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience to manage and support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentationHandle attendance, leaves, and support payroll processesImplement and monitor HR policies and proceduresAct as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiriesSupport performance appraisal and employee evaluation cyclesEnsure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal regulationsAssist in employee engagement and retention initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of experience as an HR GeneralistHR Diploma is requiredStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor lawExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismFMCG experience is a plus.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsTime management and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office.
