Manage the store's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.Supervise inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to maintain a high-performing team. 3–7 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.Previous experience in sales, preferably in the mobile phones or consumer electronics industry.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Target-oriented with excellent sales and customer service skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Must be located near the store location or willing to commute.
