Oracle Chemist Software Support Specialist ( Oracle QC )

Perform functional, smoke/sanity, integration, and regression testing across QA, Staging, and Production environments.Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements to design test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.Create and maintain traceability matrices to ensure full requirements coverage.Validate Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) functionality, performance, and reliability.Identify, document, and track software defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and product quality.Support system deployments, production launch verification, and post-release activities.Provide technical support to client sites and assist in resolving application-related issues.Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.  Knowledge of laboratory tests and result interpretation.Experience with LIS processes and troubleshooting.Familiarity with sample tracing, result processing, and quality control (QC).Understanding of laboratory analyzers and communication troubleshooting.Knowledge of front desk and laboratory operations.Familiarity with claims processing procedures.Ability to handle laboratory incidents and customer escalations.Basic software, operating system, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Commitment to laboratory policies and procedures.
