About The RoleWe're looking for an Organizational Development (OD) Expert who is passionate about transforming organizations through data, structure, and process excellence. you will play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by leading initiatives across Organizational Development (OD), Manpower Planning, HRIS Implementation, HR Analytics, Workload Analysis, and SOP Development.You'll work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the organization has the right structure, capabilities, and tools to support business growth. If you enjoy solving complex organizational challenges, building scalable HR frameworks, and driving continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead Organizational Development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain manpower plans aligned with business objectives and future workforce requirements.Conduct workload analysis and staffing assessments to optimize resource allocation and organizational productivity.Design and review organizational structures, reporting lines, and job frameworks to ensure business alignment.Lead or support HRIS implementation and enhancement projects, including process mapping, testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.Develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide meaningful insights into workforce trends, headcount, turnover, productivity, and organizational performance.Design, document, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Identify opportunities to automate and enhance HR processes through technology and process improvement initiatives.Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring projects, and HR transformation programs.Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align organizational design and workforce planning with strategic objectives.Key Areas of OwnershipOrganizational Development & Organizational DesignManpower Planning & Workforce PlanningHRIS Implementation & Digital HR TransformationHR Analytics & Workforce ReportingWorkload Analysis & Organizational EfficiencySOP Development & Process StandardizationChange Management & Continuous ImprovementWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Excellence, Workforce Planning, or HR Transformation.Previous experience supporting the Saudi Arabian market or working remotely with Saudi-based organizations is highly preferred.Strong hands-on experience in organizational design, manpower planning, and workload analysis.Proven experience implementing or enhancing HRIS solutions and improving HR processes.Strong analytical skills with experience developing HR dashboards, KPIs, and workforce analytics.Experience in developing SOPs, HR policies, and process documentation.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions.Experience in multi-site or fast-paced organizations is considered an advantage.
