Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst / FP&ALocation:Riyadh / CairoRole PurposeThe Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, providing insights to drive business performance and support decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisDevelop financial models and analyze business performancePrepare management reports and performance dashboardsPresent financial insights to senior managementPartner with operations and commercial teams to support decision-makingMonitor costs and perform margin analysisHandle and analyze large datasets to identify trendsSuggest improvements for automation, standardization, and workflow efficiencyWork with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics)Qualifications & ExperienceMust HaveBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5–8 years of experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A or similar roleStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and reportingExperience presenting to senior management and working with cross-functional teamsAdvanced MS Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Charts, complex formulas)Strong understanding of financial statements and cost structuresHands-on ERP experienceExperience handling large datasets and performing cost/margin analysisBilingual: Arabic (mandatory) and strong EnglishPreferredCMA, CFA (L1/2), ACCA, or SOCPAPower BI or TableauIFRS knowledgeSQL or Python (optional)Experience in mid-to-large organizations
