We are looking for a Procurement Specialist – MEP Spare Parts & Facility Management to join our team, He is responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods and services that meet the company’s operational requirements. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement of materials and servicesPrepare, issue, and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs), purchase orders, and procurement contractsNegotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliersMonitor and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and compliance with contractual obligationsMaintain accurate procurement records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirementsCollaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics, etc.) to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely deliverySupport cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidationStay updated on market trends, new products, and changes in supplier landscapesEnsure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standardsQualifications and ExperiencMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceExperience in spare parts procurementExperience in Facility Management procurement activitiesExperience in spare parts agreementKnowledge of ERP systems, preferably Maximo and OracleStrong supplier management and negotiation skillsVery Good in EnglishExperience in procurement across Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countriesPreferred QualificationsCertification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plusExperience in spare parts procurementExperience in Facility Management procurement activitiesBilingual abilities may be required depending on location or vendor geography
