The team aims to provide reliable, efficient, and customer-centered service at every stage of the travel experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outbound Tour Operator role based in Heliopolis. The Outbound Tour Operator will design, price, and manage travel packages for clients traveling from Egypt to international destinations, including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms; preparing and sending detailed quotations and itineraries; and confirming bookings with airlines, hotels, and overseas suppliers. The role also involves coordinating visa support documentation, maintaining accurate client and booking records, and ensuring all services are delivered as promised. The Outbound Tour Operator will provide pre- and post-trip customer support, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales and service targets.QualificationsProven experience in outbound tourism or tour operations, preferably with international destinations and package creation.Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with a professional, solution-focused approach.Good knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tourism products relevant to outbound travel from Egypt.Proficiency with reservation systems, booking platforms, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, handle multiple bookings simultaneously, and perform effectively under time pressure.Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment and to stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and visa requirements.
